Full Search - 40 Year Search to include a deed chain, open mortgages, judgments & liens, C&R's & easements, tax map and filed map.

Current Owner - A search into the last record owner to include a deed chain, open mortgages, judgments & liens and tax map.

Foreclosure - A deed chain to include at least 2 owners, open mortgages, judgments & liens, any active lis pendens or foreclosure documents, and tax map.

Judgment & Lien Search - A search to include all voluntary and involuntary liens vs the name and property.

Vesting & Legal - A search for the last owner of record to include a copy of the last deed, legal description and tax map only.

Update - A gap search from the last effective date previously searched (within  the last 6 months) to the most current effective date.  Additional fees will apply if update request is older than 6 months.

Title Continuation - A contin run before closing (within 45 days) to check for changes.

Document Retrieval - Copies of Deeds, Mortgages, Judgments, Liens, on demand.

Certified Copies - Request certified true copies with the stamp and seal directly from the county clerk's office.

Surrogate's Court - Order surrogates and probate files, proof of death, letters of administration, last will and testaments.
